The original sunblind design of yesteryear with handmade iron arms, slides and a wood box have almost disappeared from our daily life. However, there still seems to be a place where Conservation and Planning are paramount. We have been making traditional sunblinds since 1817 and still find a large demand for this type of product.

Jordans have always tried to work closely with both the Planning authority and the Conservation Officer for both Sunblinds and Security Shutters and seem to achieve far more from discussion rather than confrontation.

We have made enormous strides in Sunblind design but there is a place for everything in its place.
